Yes. Disney has said you can bring your own food and drinks into its water parks. Coolers and bags bigger than 24 × 15 × 18 inches aren't allowed, and neither are glass or alcohol. That answer is from Disney's planDisney forum and is years old, so check the current rules.
Disney calls the Surf Pool the largest wave pool in North America, with 6-foot swells. Surf lessons run before and after regular hours as 3-hour Open Surf or Private Surf sessions. Disney doesn't post the price on the park page.
