About Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad
Crossroads Village is a Genesee County Parks living-history village near Flint with more than 34 historic buildings, a carousel, small amusement rides and the narrow-gauge Huckleberry Railroad. It's a good pick for families with young train fans. In summer, village-only tickets are $7-$9, and the train-and-village ticket is $21 for adults and $19 for kids.

Little ways to save
For a toddler who just wants the carousel, a village-only ticket and four rides for $6 keeps it under $20 for two.
Ride on a Friday to Sunday if you want steam. Thursday trains use the diesel.
Summer trains leave at noon and 2 PM, and ticket sales end at 4:30 PM, so arrive by 1.
Halloween weekend nights get busy. Go on a weekday evening (5-9 PM) for shorter lines.
