Oaks Amusement Park has sat on the Willamette since 1905, a nonprofit park with thrill rides, kiddie rides, mini golf and a historic roller rink. Go on a Wednesday. The Hot Pass is $35 with mini golf, about $5 less than a regular tall wristband alone.
